Most likely the code changed — Coles rotates these roughly weekly, and their own T&Cs page doesn't always catch up. Check the current code before assuming it's your mistake.
This happens constantly with Coles codes, and it’s usually not you doing anything wrong. A live example: Coles’ own “Coles Goals” page listed PLAY20 as valid until 29 July 2026, but it stopped applying at checkout weeks before that date — real orders (ours included) confirmed it. BOUNCE20 was the code actually working. Coles’ official page just hadn’t caught up.
Other things to check:
- Is your order $200 or more, after other discounts? The minimum spend has to be met after any other savings are applied.
- Does your order include tobacco or smoking products? Those are excluded.
- Have you already used a redemption this offer period? These codes are limited to one redemption per customer.
- Is the offer targeted to certain accounts? Coles doesn’t guarantee every code is shown to every account, even when it’s genuinely live.
