Check these:

1. Did your friend sign up on the same click-through as the link? Visiting the site separately afterward and signing up doesn’t get tracked as a referral.
2. Has your friend reached $10 in confirmed cashback yet? Pending cashback doesn’t count — it needs to hit “confirmed,” and that has to happen within 90 days of joining.
3. Was the qualifying purchase cancelled, exchanged, or refunded? That voids the cashback used to qualify the referral.
